How do I love thee, let me count the ways.  1.  Colorado Coffee Merchants roasts our beans.  2.  They AIR roast - oh yeah. Only 20% of roasters in America Air Roast. It's a highly technical and difficult process but the smooth, clear flavors can't be denied.   3.  Our baristas go through a lot of training on milk steaming, espresso, grind, tamp and pour.  Well ok, let's just say they love Espresso and if your drink doesn't reflect it - ask them to make it again - on us!
